Looking at the Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Sunset Strip and West Hollywood markets, inventory compared to last February is considerably scarcer. Prices on the Sunset Strip are softer and of course interest rates are still at an all time low. The economy is recovering, and demand is beginning to finally exceed supply. What does this mean? Homes that are priced property and are attractive to buyers will sell.
